THE PAVILIONS AT TALKING STICK
Pavilions at Talking Stick is a regional, open air destination shopping center anchored by Target, Home Depot, Roadhouse Cinemas, and Burlington. The center features dining, shopping and numerous entertainment venues such as iFly Indoor Skydiving, Octane Raceway go cart racing and Kids that Rip skateboarder / gymnastic training, hospitality and education located on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, Arizona. When originally acquired, the center totaled 1,064,552 square feet on 135.54 acres of ground leased land. The center included twelve pads. Since its acquisition, the center has been expanded by 7.8 acres, twelve pads and 154,979 square feet. The Pavilions at Talking Stick’s current gross leasable area stands at 1.3 million square feet.
ARCADIA FIESTA
Arcadia Fiesta, located in Phoenix, Arizona, is an urban infill shopping center that includes a number of national tenants such as Ace Hardware, Tuesday Morning, O’Reilly Automotive and Ross. The center totals 144,290 square feet of inline shops and anchors on 10 acres. The center also includes four outparcel restaurants – Dutch Bros., Popeye’s, McDonald’s and a 4,000 square foot shops building – totaling 12,215 square feet of building area on an additional 2.93 acres. The pads are ground leased.
HAMSTRA SQUARE
Hamstra Square was developed as a Bashas’ grocery store anchored neighborhood shopping center in Chandler, Arizona. The center totals 78,307 square feet of inline shops and anchor on 8.26 acres. The center also includes two outparcels totaling 7,791 square feet of building area on an additional 2.42 acres. The grocer vacated the center and was replaced with Kids that Rip, a skateboard and gymnastics training facility.
LA GRAN PLAZA
La Gran Plaza, located in Mesa, Arizona, was initially developed as a 77,715 square foot grocer anchored neighborhood shopping center on 8.24 acres with no outparcels. The property was purchased after the grocer and a number of inline tenants had vacated. The center has been re-tenanted with an El Super Market, Wendy’s, Popeyes Louisiana Chicken, and inline shops. An adjacent outparcel was also purchased and incorporated into the center as a leased pad building. The center is now 80,151 square feet including the outparcel on a total of 8.71 acres.
OCOTILLO PLAZA
Ocotillo Plaza, located in Chandler, Arizona, was initially developed as a 120,773 square foot grocer anchored neighborhood shopping center on 14.35 acres with two outparcels totaling 5130 square feet on 1.39 acres. The property was purchased after the grocer and a number of other tenants vacated. The center has been re-tenanted with stores such as Aldi, Dollar Tree and Big Air and now totals 114,373 square feet on 12.99 acres with five outparcels totaling 21,908 square feet of building area on 4.08 acres.
