The assets in our acquisitions portfolio are properties we believe present an attractive growth opportunity. Having purchased 46 acquisitions since April, 2010 and a portfolio of more than 1 million square feet, we have stabilized and sold more than 25 properties.

Currently we are looking to acquire $100 million in assets and retail notes located in Arizona and Nevada. The property must possess competitive advantages and upside potential through strategic asset management and/or redevelopment.
