Established in April, 1992, De Rito Partners Development, Inc. is a commercial development company based in Phoenix, Arizona. The officers of the firm are Martin W. De Rito, Charles R. Carlise and Iver Bowden. They have a combined 75 years of experience in the leasing, development and sales of shopping centers and automotive dealership parks. Together with an expert team of leasing agents and administrative staff, De Rito has successfully developed 19 retail properties, including:
- Chandler 202 Auto Park - The 100 acre Chandler 202 Auto Park, exceeding 5 million square feet.
- Mesa Riverview - The 250 acre commercial mixed-use development with 1.3 million square feet of shopping center space, including the State’s only Bass Pro Shop and 5 new car dealerships.
