Stan brings an extensive real estate development background and has been involved with many retail projects sized well over one million square feet of retail space, per project. Stan has a deep understanding of the real estate industry and strong business acumen that enables him to better understand today’s dynamic market. He is responsible for the day to day activities of the brokerage firm and its 25 active agents, as well as over 200 retail listings and 60 tenant representation accounts. Stan shares the same ideals of hard work, honesty and a passion for business that the entire De Rito team strives for. This has made them one of the premier brokerage companies in the state of Arizona. This mind set has enabled De Rito Partners, Inc to achieve a high level of camaraderie among Arizona retail brokerage firms.Stan is a native Arizonian with a strong connection to community and state. He is a current member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), along with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and National Association of Hispanic Citizens.
