
Chuck Carlise, President & Partner, De Rito Partners Development, Inc.
This week, I am happy to introduce Chuck Carlise to you. Chuck and I go back almost 25 years, having partnered early in our careers specializing in retail and hospitality property sales and leasing. Chuck joined De Rito Partners Development, Inc., in 2003 as President. Today, he is responsible for overseeing all functions of the development company including all subsidiaries and partnerships. He brings 25 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in the sale, leasing and development of retail properties.
Chuck was born and raised in Arizona. Following 11 years in the oil business, he joined Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Company in 1986. In May of 1992, Chuck was hired by Grossman Company Properties as Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing in charge of the purchase, sale and leasing of company-owned retail and office properties. Chuck was responsible for the renaissance of the 575,000 square foot Biltmore Fashion Park; the development of The Park at Chandler, a 280,000 square foot mixed-use power center/office complex, and worked on the redevelopment of a 100 acre mixed-use retail/office project in Boise, Idaho. Chuck is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute and Valley Partnership. He is married and has 4 children.
