ABOUT ME
A native of Arizona, Matt Morrell is a retail specialist and represents both Tenants and Landlords throughout Arizona. Matt has built his career success upon a foundation of honesty, professionalism, hard work, accountability and performance. His Tenant Representation clients include Tapout Training Center, Aaron’s Inc. (AANNYSE), Cactus Valley Pool Supply, Desert Sun Tanning Salons and Yogurtini. Prior to joining the brokerage team at De Rito Partners, he served as the Development Coordinator for De Rito Partners Development, Inc. where he assisted with the development of over 4 million square feet of retail space, including such projects as Mesa Riverview, Maricopa Fiesta, Gilbert Esplanade and Chandler Auto Park. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Communication and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Phoenix Art Museum's Men's Arts Council. |
