ABOUT ME
A Phoenix resident since 1978, Marty’s knowledge of and experience in the retail commercial real estate market spans over 24 years. He has significant experience in the sale, leasing, acquisitions, management and development of retail properties, including automotive parks. Marty has built his company on honesty, professionalism and hard work and passes on this same philosophy to his entire organization. It is his vision that has driven the company to its top ranking. Marty will be available throughout the planning, build-out and operation of the projects for not only his development skills but also his intimate knowledge of the leasing community. In addition, Marty was the Arizona State Director of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). |
