ABOUT ME
Doug has 33 years of combined experience in design, construction and development of a broad spectrum of projects that includes office, retail, institutional and heavy industry a 20 year practice in architecture with DMJM, he joined Koll Development Company and developed a several hundred thousand square feet of office projects in the Phoenix metro area.
2001 – Joined De Rito Partners Development, Inc. His responsibilities as Vice President focus on the day-to-day success of all of the company’s development projects.
1997 to 2001 - Development Manager with Koll Development Company. He led the development of office projects from earliest conception through yield studies, costing, financing, entitlements, documentation, design, construction, leasing and disposition.
1977 to 1997 - Director of Architecture of DMJM Arizona, Inc.
Doug led the architectural practice in marketing, financial performance, budgeting, scheduling workflow, design and technical excellence.
