ABOUT ME
Since 1979 Bruce has been active in providing commercial real estate services in Arizona. He is a retail real estate specialist with proven success in retail leasing, mixed use projects, investment sales, commercial leasing, development services and lender dispositions. Bruce has years of transactional experience with local, regional and national clients and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Bruce is a native Arizonan, attended the University of Arizona and has taught industry classes at the Arizona School of Real Estate in Scottsdale, Arizona.
His leadership and emphasis in striving to always meet the client’s goals has resulted in long lasting relationships in the commercial real estate arena with clients, customer and brokers. Through his lengthy experience and superior industry knowledge, Bruce enhances the outcome of each real estate transaction he participates in. |
