Phoenix, AZ – December 20, 2011 – Paul Serafin with De Rito Partners, Inc. has successfully brokered deals turning former Village Inn Pizza and Jack in the Box restaurant locations into dental offices.

 In better economies, former restaurant spaces are typically filled with more restaurants, but Paul saw the potential in the locations with their high visibility at busy intersections and creatively approached the dentists.  The former Village Inn at Elliot and Priest sat empty for months and now will become Western Dental. Grins Dental will move into the former Jack in the Box location just north of the northeast corner at 35th Avenue & Peoria.
