Cabo Sports Grill, a 13,000-square-foot restaurant and entertainment center, is going into the Mesa Riverview shopping center across the street from Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill.
Stan Sanchez, president and partner at De Rito Partners Inc., owners of the power center at Loop 202 and Dobson Road, said the restaurant will feature billiards and other activities in addition to food and drinks.
Phoenix, AZ – August 5, 2010 – De Rito Partners, Inc., today announced that Stan Sanchez has been named president and partner. In this position, Stan will preside over the De Rito Partners, Inc., brokerage entity, established in 1992 by Marty De Rito. Morey Fischel will continue to serve as the company’s designated broker.
The first Furniture Row retail development in the Phoenix metro area will be built in Tempe at the northeast corner of Interstate 10 and Warner Road. The announcement was made by Phoenix-based De Rito Partners Inc., which represented the Denver-based retailer in its acquisition of the land.
